Research interests

My current research interest is broadly examining the role that social connectedness and sense of belonging have on outcomes such as self-worth, wellness, and mental health. Furthermore, I want to better understand the factors that help foster a sense of community among people. 

What brought you to GREMAP?

I’m here to further explore my research interests as part of my PhD program at the Department of Epidemiology.

What do you like to do outside of work/school?

I like to unwind by playing video games, particularly playing almost anything made by Nintendo. I also used to do a lot of still life and life model drawing in the past and it’s something that I would love to get back into again. I’m also totally fine just staying home and cuddling with my cat Olive.
